Because of the nature of the woven fabric there may be minor variations from the measurements provided by the customer.
The fabric is handwoven silk and each batch may vary slightly from others. As a result, the fabric in your sport coat may vary slightly from the fabric you select on the website.
Before shipping each garment goes through a quality assurance process to ensure it is of the highest standard.
If the sport coat meets the measurements provided by the customer and is made from the fabric selected by the customer then returns are not possible. However, if the sport coat does not match the measurements provided by the customer or the fabric used is not the one chosen by the customer then the sport coat can be returned to PatrickMoor. For the return to be accepted the customer must contact PatrickMoor by email within 5 days of receiving the sport coat to indicate the reason for the return. It must then be delivered to PatrickMoor within 30 days of its receipt by the customer in exactly the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
If the above conditions are met PatrickMoor will refund the full purchase amount within 30 days of receiving the sport coat back from the customer. Where a refund occurs PatrickMoor will also refund the shipping cost paid by the customer to return the sport coat as long as the form of shipping is agreed in advance by the customer and PatrickMoor.
